Maybe you don’t understand I don’t want to be romantically involved with you.

I do not want to be romantically involved with you. There was a time where I thought I did, but my mind has since changed. I told you how I felt once, but five days later, you began acting just like you did before you knew how I felt. I consider you to be one of my best friends, but your overtures to me are becoming irritating. I am afraid if I have to tell you how I feel again, it will be the end of our friendship. It is unfortunate that this is how it has to be.
