affair with my friends wife

i had an affair with my friends wife and she has now left him and is getting a divorce and is living with me. The other problem is that this friend is more of a friend with my brother so naturally he is not too impressed either. i have constant feelings of guilt about it but i just fell so in love with her that it seemed definitely the right thing to do. but i am regretting that i didn't wait until she was separated. i suppose i just have to live with it.
